Attack of the Zombie Cakes!



Things got a little creepy at the Nesconset Branch today. Children entering grades 3-5 decorated cupcakes fit for the undead, using candy organs, skeleton hands, sticky liquid candy syrup, sprinkles and cookies.

Fishing in McElligot's Pool!



What would you catch in McElligot's Pool? After reading Dr. Seuss's story, the kids got to using their own imagination and designed some colorful and beautiful fish with oil pastels and construction paper! Some fish had spots, some had spikes or even an elephant trunk...but all were "the catch of the day"!
