Nesconset preschoolers made a splash at the Squidtacular Storytime on Tuesday June 5, listening to stories about the silliest animal in the ocean, Kevin Sherry’s Giant Squid, the main character in I’m the Biggest Thing in the Ocean and I’m the Best Artist in the Ocean. After stories and songs, children put on their smocks and made a MESS-terpiece, a super sized mixed media squid.
